Using red font in a PowerPoint presentation is always a bad idea. Heck, using PowerPoint at all is almost always a bad idea (especially if you just read the slides aloud).
You remember Headset Harry, right?
[[Headset Harry sits in front of a computer.]]
Headset Harry: How do I make this PowerPoint more interesting?
[[An extreme close-up of Headset Harry.]]
Headset Harry: I know! I’ll use red font!
[[Headset Harry pushes a button on his computer.]]
Computer: Beep. Fatal Error.
[[The computer zaps Headset Harry, showing his skeleton.]]
Hovertext: Hi, it looks like you are making a bad font choice. Can I help?
