I looked at a box of Girl Scout cookies the other day, to see where they were made. I was inspired to make this comic after doing so, “What if these were made some place strange?”
You wouldn’t know by the quality of my drawing, but I dug out my old Preston Blair animation book to help improve my skills. It is a great book, and I like the ‘principles’ he teaches. I originally drew the first two panels with a stick-figure, but I went back and did them over after spending time with the book. While not the greatest drawings, these at least have more energy and personality.
The “Elves Do It Eternal” t-shirt in panel two was kind of an after thought, but I figured Why Not.
