Fireworks
[dc]I[/dc] have nothing but contempt for fireworks and sky lanterns, so I can relate to Tickles. Have a safe and fun Fourth of July, and stay away from idiots with explosives. Or, anyone with explosives, really. Good luck doing so today in downtown Lansing. Ever since the fireworks law was changed a few years back, downtown Lansing is a smoke-blanked war zone on the Fourth of July. Best to get out of town, honestly, and don’t come back until July 7th or so.
Speaking of fireworks, I did see some at the Guns N’ Roses concert in Detroit. Indoor fireworks are weird. An excellent concert, however.
