Woo, page 100! When I started this crazy story two years ago, I didn’t know if would last ten pages, let alone 100. Thanks for being a reader, and for sticking around as this story keeps going.

So! My whirlwind summer of events nearly every weekend is at an end. I’ll still have events in 2018, but they will be sparse. I’m looking forward to having my weekends back again (mainly so I can work on more art/comics).

Speaking of working on comics, I made a change to my Surface I wish I had done a lot sooner. I added a matte finish screen protector and it changed my drawing experience for the better. Now it feels closer to drawing on paper, and not glass. Thanks to my buddy Steve Jencks for the recommendation (Steve designed the Foxes & Boxes logo for me y’know).

I also bought a new Type Cover for my Surface Pro 3, because the old one (which I never liked) started acting screwy. Man, what a difference the new Type Cover made too. A better (and more comfortable) keyboard, and a trackpad that doesn’t feel like it will break if I click too hard.

::Fox, Boxes, and Cloudy look at the Ruston job board::

Boxes: Fox…all of these are “wanted dead” headhunts.
Boxes: And your parents told you they got a lot of jobs here?

Fox: Uh…they didn’t exactly tell me.

Boxes: What

Fox: More like, I overheard them tell a guest when they thought I was asleep.

Cloudy: Well, we’re off to a great start.
