True Talk
[dc]I[/dc] got this comic in just under the wire (my deadline, not the HBO television program), with about five minutes to go before my ‘midnight’ deadline. No Filter Fox is always a great subject for a last minute gag. He’s an easy character to write. For those with a sweet tooth, you can find the candy bar in question on Amazon, if needed.
Busy, busy, busy. That’s the name of the game right now (although I wish the name of the game was Munchkin Booty, because that game is a hoot). I spent most of the weekend working on wedding invitations. Yes, Stephanie and I decided to design and print our own–which meant I spent a bunch of hours drawing elements and arranging everything in Photoshop.
Still, even with all that one my plate (along with volunteering at the Zoo for a few hours on Saturday, and cranking out a humor post on the next Doctor Who), I got this week’s comic in on time. Barely.
Time for bed.
Ahh Munchkin. One of the worlds best distractions. I have not played booty though I hear it is great from everyone. I have Munchkin Deluxe with Unnatural Axe and Clerical Errors. Though I have found then without some careful card hiding the 3 sets have enough free level cards to make everyone level 9 in just a couple turns..
Munchkin Booty is fun, even though some folks can’t get past the name (they hear ‘booty’ and think something else). I didn’t think of all those extra free level cards, that could be a problem!
