Hey guess what? This coming weekend I DON’T HAVE AN EVENT! I’ve had something every weekend since July 6th. Thank you, and GOOD NIGHT.
I don’t plan on doing a run like that again any time soon. Am I done with events? Nope. I’ll be at ArtFeast in Lansing’s Old Town on August 17th (one day only!) and at Capital City Comic Con on September 21st (also one day only!).
Some good news out of my three-day stint at the Brighton Wine Art Music Festival: first I sold 9 copies of the Foxes & Boxes book. Second, I won a festival award! I took Third Place overall, out of the 100 (give or take) exhibiting artists. This was my first festival award. Hooray!
